KT,

Thanks, good post.

Your conclusion shows inflation during the last decade in paper assets of corporations around the world. Abby JC has all along been expecting the public to continue to pay inflated prices for this asset class. Jimmy Rogers has pointed out that the CB's around the world have been instrumental in causing this asset class to inflate by increasing the supply of their currencies with reckless abandon.

Now the big question is what will cause this asset class to deflate where people move their capital to other instruments?

Joan

"but they are not begging for buyers as they were in the late 80s."

How about the Japan Fund about 1965, or whenever it first got started. John Templeton advised his brother, Harvey, to buy it all through that period. Harvey's wife, Jewel, he advised to buy some I think it was Mitsubishi convertible bonds with about $30,000 that she had. She sold the bonds, finally, for over $400,000.

Sure wish I had had money and had been listening at the time.

No doubt there is something just as good right now. Just I am not smart enough to know what it is.
