Little light bedtime reading, the Watts, Griffis, McQuat technical report:
sedar.com

YMC's undiluted (dilution is about five million higher priced warrants) market cap is US$19 m at 75 cents and there's US$2 m in the treasury. They have a 900,000 oz resources so far for their 25% share if RTZ earns in. But, RTZ has only spent $2.4 million of the $10.5 million required to earn in. A 1.5m payment will also be due from RTZ. In addition they hold over 3 million acres (over 4,800 square miles) in known mineral belts, several that RTZ is also pursuing. YMC is sitting pretty, and I can't see how this could be a sell at this point. Might be time for RTZ to write out that big check for the whole enchilada.
