That's actually redundant. "The state" is a thousand Enrons never being brought down by the markets, and going on and on for centuries. Add to that the fact that these Enrons have point-of-the-gun coercive power to perpetuate their criminal activities.

The liberals who squeal about "corporate crime" are blinded dupes at best...
