Re: OH BROTHER Brother! Where the HECK is you tonight??!!!

Maybe Carl has just gotten tired of it and decided to move on.

He's been proven correct in virtually all of his forecasts and assessments.

Intel has written Rambus out of their roadmap.

The lawsuits (other than the investor lawsuits against Rambus) all either settled against Rambus or were delayed for a long, long, time.

The true believers appear ready to cling to their Rambus shares forever, the rest of the investing universe has gone elsewhere.

There's not much point to it anymore. Rambus has 4+ more years left of its kiss-off settlement from Intel, so the shell that constitutes what's left of the company will report those quarterly payments as revenue, minus some trivial expenses for several more years - unless the investor lawsuits clean them out. Rambus will appear a profitable business at first glance, and keep its remaining handfull of dimwitted investors happy for a while.

Rambus is getting to be rather boring. All that remains to be seen is how many people can be fooled into investing in a four year annuity valued as if it were an income producing growth stock.

An annuity with a bunch of lawsuits pending against it...
