Elmer: Fab30 was 50% loaded with .13u material in Q4 and AMD has "World Class Yields". Jerry told us so. They must already have about 5 Million TBs stashed away just waiting till they need them.

You're going on a FUD spree again ;-)

A quote from Bill Siegle in AMD's press release: "Our outstanding Fab 30 team in Dresden is already approaching mature yields for the 80mm2 `Thoroughbred' die."

The material AMD starts sampling at the end of this month will actually be the 5 Millionth and up material.

Only Tom's Hardware claimed this "sampling" part. AMD says it is shipping real product and with plenty of Tbred pictures around (did you see the Cebit pictures?), there's no reason to believe THG.

Intel has foolishly been shipping .13u material since the middle of last year.

According to your own claims, AMD has been shipping ".13µm material" since at least Palomino.
