One thing though is that the two indicators that I use to help identify where we are in the market, the VIX and the bullish percentages, are pretty much in agreement. If we had more of a divergence there, I might be more apt to give more weight to the idea that the VIX is going down. Maybe it will eventually, but I think it is at another phase of this market.
