Does he? I think not. Why do you feel he does? When he was elected, left wingers complained that he was an isolationist and didn't give a hoot about world affairs. What's changed, if anything? Please include in your analysis your views as to how his views might have changed, if you think they have. And, to be fair, if you think they haven't changed, please explain your basis for that conclusion, too. Honorary doctorates from the SI School of Political and Foreign Affairs are on the line...
