Summer will be another nice run up for gas prices

---------------- I am really not one to try to guess shorter term as to how far up and for how long things will last. I go buy the historical evidence that clearly shows we will see highs and then lows and then back to highs. To varying degrees of course each time. And I am a firm believer that these will repeat themselves as they always have. Its my opinion supported by that evidence that trying to guess is a venture in futility. Your equally possible to be right and equally possible to be wrong. For me thats just not good enough. Best to set yourself up with a strategy much like I tell in post # 1998. And then when things present themselves act accordingly. Reacting to every little minute and every little minute detail because of emotion - fear or greed is just asking for trouble. Not to mention its a waste of time and energy. That time and energy can be best put to use elsewhere --------------

.... looks like we got through everything just fine as usual

----------------- As I said we would from the very beginning --------------------

despite the nice [opportunities] sell off last year. They've all popped back nicely and I'm well above water before dividends.

--------------- As all who remained calm and accumulated are --------------------

. Hope we DO sell off one more time, I'm in the mood to buy more.

-------------- Without a doubt a selloff will come. It always does. What is to cause it? When will it happen? Who knows? Buying more at lower levels is a good idea. I myself took the recent low period we just experienced over the last 9 months or so. To accumulate quite vigorously on the way down. As is was documented here. I now have much more units. These as you say have come back nicely and I have benefitted a great deal unit price wise. Now the added benefit will be the increase in the dividends to come because of the rebound in commodity prices and those added units will translate into much higher monthly income payouts. And the sweet thing is that the next time around one can do the exact same with the exact same great results. A REAL NO-BRAINER. ------------------------
