If you don't know the history of the company and management's philosophy, then why make wild speculation?

Perhaps a little dd on your part would curb that.

I think you're wrong that management will always sell the company if they think it is in the best interest of shareholders.

Everything has a price thus everything is for sale. It only depends on where they think they could make more money. Money is always the bottom line.
