NASD my focus here---so if your scenerio be right ZEEV, and that we are going to launch off a steady base than we are going to move into record levels of overvaluation in a very short time span. That will be very bad for the market as the ensuing bloodbath could be the final blow that gets the average investor to say NO more.max

Witht the S&P 500 nearly 20% overvalued per the Fed model, the odds against a big move up from here are very great unless interest rates drop sharply or already generous 2002 earnings estimate rise sharply
