I disagree, from what I have read, they first announced
a defintive agreement to sell Atlantis in January.
I think the closing whereby money exchanges within
a coupla months is pretty fast to come up with 200 million
on a deal.

Also, PGO and VTS are trading almost exactly where they were
on the day they announced the merger. There hasnt been
too much out of the ordinary operationally since that time
so I think the merger will conclude with no change to the
ratio.

kollmhn,

The Chinese also are famous for re-trading the terms at the last minute. I deal in China is not a deal until the money is in your bank. I hope PGO has a good Chinese agent with strong connections to assist with the process.

I've dealt with the Chinese government for over a year and gave up of the transaction.
