I think what Chris Matthews said this morning is more truth. He said bottom line is the Democratic Party has been taken over and is beholden to NOW, just on the pro abortion stance. that is why Pickering was not chosen.

I don't believe under the Constitution the democrats have the right to deny it to come to a vote...but we have lots of lawyers in here who can set me straight..
