I am just noodlin' here, but I think Bathdoor had stock in a company that the SEC issued an Administrative 10-day Cease and Desist Order against. This allows the SEC to shut down the trading on a the stock of a company without going to court, and without any due process at all. They then renew the order every ten days, forever. Of course, this causes the company to go out of business.

This is my guess why Bathdoor keeps his posts coming. He reposts the inane rantings of Bill Parish, also, who's lack of understanding of stock options is renown.

I think it makes him feel better to flog the Vast Conspiracy, rather than to admit he does not understand.
