HInky I have heard.
It's what you used to get on your neck in high school and have to hide from your mother.
Just kidding.
I have heard hinky though I would be hard put to define it. It's one of those all purpose words for me. That is so HINKY.

I am very glad your mammogram is not hinky.
YOu know, there is something odd here... several of us have had questionable mammos this year- in fact, all of the women here today. All were fine, thank heavens. But I am wondering if somehow the position of our arms as we sit at the computer is causing some sort of strange callus, a thickening of the muscles perhaps.....
random thought.

Yes, "hinkey" I've heard. I think it's spelled with an 'e'. I thought it was slang for " off, kinda weird".

Well dammit, I'm going to have to open my OED for the third time this morning. Nope. No hinky. Hiney is there, but I believe that topic was well-covered by E last night. (LOL!)

Hey, Neo's right. There is an entry for "hincty", from the Welsh, meaning conceited or snobbish.
