When you talk about evil, you aren't directly bringing God in to it, even if your ideas about evil are derived from your ideas about God.

I am not personally troubled by the evil thing. I'm sorry if I gave the impression that I was. I simply thin it is not smart from a strategic perspective. I understand what Bush is doing with the word and can differentiate. I doubt that's true of the Arab/Muslim "street."
