past several years. This is what it's
about.

But of course the SEC garbage won't
require them to do so.

re: new accounting rules this year to put pro-forma earnings more in line with GAAP
but we already discussed how the new rules would put numbers at question even more so than before. GAAP is not a universal answer but rather very limited tool and "economic" value is very different from GAAP
