I really cannot comment on that Ann. I would say the subject in what happened in the election travesty of 2000 was neither Gore's nor Bush's fault. But if we can spend 387 billion to defend America's freedom with weapons, maybe we ought a spend another billion and defend America's freedom with a polling booth that is effective
