WIN-t...in the news: Globe says Wi-LAN's Zaghloul buys shares in company Wed 20 Mar 2002 The Globe and Mail reports in its Wednesday edition that Hatim Zaghloul, president and chief executive officer of Wi-LAN, bought 156,000 of the Calgary-based wireless communications firm on Feb. 14 at $3.40 a share, increasing his direct holding to 824,812 shares, according to the latest insider trading reports filed with the Ontario Securities Commission. The unbylined item also says Mr. Zaghloul also purchased 66,500 Wi-LAN shares and another 32,000 at the same price of $3.40 on the same day, boosting two indirect holdings to 689,500 and 635,812.
