Actually, patriot is just the right word, since one has concern for fellow citizens. Whether the policy is good or not is a separate issue, in each instance.....

I suppose patriot is the proper term for someone who locates his business offshore to avoid paying the military bill for protecting their freedom to locate their business offshore? Yeah.
