These trusts sure have some pluses, I own investment real estate (2 condos), I've just listed them since I can do much better with REIT's, more diversity, less headaches, better return and much easier(and cheaper) to sell. I'm always concerned about putting more than 20K into 1 company yet I have $180K in 1 building. I may reborrow the 180 and put it into 4 or 5 REIT's,

Yes, this thread is a great resource, I think the first one I bought was Maximum (still hold 20% of my original position) but now own 7 or 8 different ones, I can't believe all the money piling in each month, a real treat to look at my statement, everyone keep up the good info, thanks Scott
