Assuming you are using Internet Explorer, go to the link I gave, go to the section with the files, and then right click on each of the ones you want and choose "Save Target As". A file box will pop up so you can choose where you want to save it onto your computer. After you get all the ones you want downloaded, you then have to decompress them since they are in .zip format. Try double clicking on one of the files and see if something happens. If Windows asks you to choose a program to open it with, then you don't have any .zip decompression software and will have to install some. I use one called Winzip which you can download from here:

download.cnet.com

Anyway once you get it unzipped you should then be staring at the Excel file ready to use.
