i've eaten there, and i used to live in yarrow bay. of course in my younger days when i didn't care what i ate i dined at burgermaster too. you know that denny's right next to burgermaster? i was eating there one morning and steve ballmer came in and sat right next to us to have breakfast with his father. even though he is a billionaire i would have to say i was dressed better than he was!

>>SB, have you ever been to Anthonys (Tony) home port restaurant in Kirkland?<<

why, yes! hey, my condo isn't down there, though. it is back by totem lake :-)

>>I have a 1/3 share in that building. I don't own the restaurant.<<

you da man. that building can't be cheap.

>>Ps: Speaking about restaurants PFCB : P.F. CHANG'S CHINA BISTRO (NASDAQ) has been hot.<<

good food. tough to make money in restaurant stocks, though. too much hype and too many fads.

>>Do you know where the Burgermaster is just when you get off 405? That probably said more about Bellevue than the Burgermaster, which had the good fortune of being seen by thousands of motorists every day and being next door to the offices of a cheeseburger-and-shake-loving young man named Bill Gates.

Gates and Microsoft have long since moved to Redmond, but the Burgermaster remains, along with the perception that for fine dining, one must keep driving — across the 520 bridge to Seattle.<<

i usually got off an exit or two earlier to get to b-square the back way. i know the gen'l vicinity, though.

i used to live inbetween madison and madrona park. my parents still do.
