Terrorist incidents don't exist.

exactly...they are just a fading memory.

we won't really wake up until the next attack.
the next one will be a real attention getter.

our national and military alert condition on the morning of 9/11 was normal or green...we are drifting back to that status.

in the meantime have a look at those links...we do not need terrorists to create nuclear incidents and disasters...we are quite good at it already.
