You can actually legally carry in the Kentucky Legislature buildings. You would expect to hear about an incident in this scenario. Over 380,000 citizens in Fla. have CC permits. In Virginia not a single permit holder has been involved in a violent crime. Our of 114,000 permits issued in Texas issued in the first year of permits, only 17 have been revoked so far. In Nevada no documentation of irresponsible use. Kentucky and North Carolina the same. One in South Carolina was indicted on a felony, unrelated to firearms that was dismissed.

Of course if you want a permit in crime infested urban areas, good luck. New York and Chicago effectively disarm the citizen and the urban areas of California are the same.
