Maybe we can declare war without congress?
Maybe congress can sit on their thumbs and not ask questions?
Maybe it's a bush operation errr snipe hunt and nobody knows what's going on?
Maybe 70 percent of people will soon approve of the president...and somebody will wake up and smell the daisycutter bombs going off...
