You know...we had choices in afghanistan...we didn't have to go over there like a bunch of stinkin' yahoos and blow up half of the country side...George is like a texas sherriff chasing ants half way around the world with F-16's...daisycutter bombs,,, therma barick bombs ,,,and other ways to die painfully.
What is the logic there...Call me un american...I don't care...

I stand by my characterization, not as an insult, but as an observation.

Liberals are accused, many times correctly, of overthinking a problem. Overthinking results in indecision and unrealistic solutions. The left is often paralysed by its own paradoxical approaches to problem solving. As a result, there is often a lot of talking, and a lot of hand waving, but not a lot of action.

Conservatives are, IMHO, often the opposite. Many conservatives are successful businesspeople, who attack problems quickly and head-on. They tend to simply as a means of justifying a course of action. As a result, they often arrive at heavy-handed, almost oafish courses of action that, in hindsight, look shallow.

All IMHO. Dangerous, as are all generalizations.
