tuck, Lumicyte seems to be busy selling in the Life Sciences Market, which is hard for me to reconcile with the agreement: lumicyte.com Perhaps Lumicyte is maintaining that selling information is not a device, instrument or consumable and so isn't covered by the license you quoted. It's very hard to figure out the outcome here without doing much more research. There's an outside chance that Ciphergen could lose its license, so it's not a trivial dispute. I think that outcome is extremely unlikely though. Let's see if anything new is disclosed in their 10-K, which should be filed within the next few weeks. Peter
