That is, indeed, a serious question. At this point, here it is: - "To root out terrorism!" - "To bring terrorists to justice !" - "To combat Evil!" What that means, however, is another matter entirely. I.e., what is "terrorism", what is "justice", and what is "evil". It's like selling pornography, you know it when you think you see it.
