g'morning to you and a warm-up:

8:40AM: The pre-open bias remains firmly positive but the indicators have edged off the best levels of the morning. Currently the S&P 500 futures are 3.9 points above fair value, the Nasdaq 100 futures are 19 points above fair value while the Nasdaq 100 PMI is up 13.15 points.

Hi ZZ, I've never seen it before. I've used Williams%R which is much more jumpy that the EMI thingie. I looked over the site and didn't find a description of it. While doing so, I noted that it's not one of the top 10 or so indicators used at that site. That's probably the "good news" in that it may lose its beautiful symmetry if it were over-used.
