I seem to recall Kerm used to say his research indicated that the best time to buy the oil and gas companies was in March but that you had to get out before school was out or something like that. Does anyone still consider this to be wortwhile advise?

Scott - And as those words were leaving my lips, NG goes on a tear well into the low $3s on the back of another 1/2 a yard being tacked onto the crude today. Go figure, but markets have a habit of doing things like this.

At least all I've lost is an opportunity. Probably not a very good idea to try and hop on the train now in case it turns out to be the caboose going by. Notwithstanding today's action, I still believe that too much too soon is only increasing the already elevated risk of setting an intermediate blowoff top.

Have fun with it if you're playing - I'll continue to avoid the sector and see how it fares during the annual springtime blahs.
