When real estate tanks, everything else is going to go with > Maybe THATS the sign I've been waiting for... it's clear no one is going to give up on the market just because it's RIDICULOUSLY overvalued... no one cares. Something will have to MAKE people see, either unemployment.... or I suppose higher rates, or perhaps simply lower stocks prices [losses]... sort of a catch 22 perhaps. DAK
