They are using unique routes and avoiding bank storage where assets could be frozen.There has been a couple border arrests when an Al-Queda suspect has been found to carrying a huge amount of money. Conclusion, U.S.Intelligence is concerned that this escalation in money movement means something is up, nothing else inferred).Max
