Wolf suspects DMX will be up after a wobbly monday.

Wolf is protected by the word suspect and urges others
to realize buying an exercise machine does not stop us
from being lazy. Wolf may or may not own shares of the
stocks he comments on and isn't listened to by responsible
adults in most urbane centers.

Yes good work Kayne,...

This week you and others have brought to light:

A good reason why FDA and HC may be so worried about DMSO and topicals re: its side effects,..specifically sensitization,...but of course all those PhD's in chemistry, biology, medicine are full of chit right,...we should only believe your opinions.

The fact that significant competition (big Pharma) exists in both the pill pain killer and even more significantly lotion pain killer market (big Pharma) in the world,...some lotions even use the same pain killer that Pennsaid uses and claim the same transdermal, non systemic route of dissemination,...although I think DMSO itself plays a significant role in Pennsaid's pain killing effect, by a direct effect on those sodium channels in nerve cells,...stops the nerves from working. DMSO by itself is a topical pain killer.

If Pennsaid and DMX were going to make so much money,...why hasn't J&J signed an agreement yet? Perhaps they do know something significant the rest of us don't know. Like they will never make much money with Pennsaid given the crappy results in Europe and Canada, and the feelings of many European medical communities and HC to only use such topical pain killers as a last resort, not the first line of defense,...and what looks to be a lot of competition in the same category (pain killing lotions) by big pharmas with big budgets.

The labelling is going to be very interesting, and perhaps very restricting.

The president of DMX has abandoned a huge portion of her shareholding and left the rest of you swinging in the wind.

Major institutions have dumped their shareholdings of DMX.

The shareprice continues to drop,...and who would blame it.

Almost all of the pro DMSO articles here come direct from Dr Stanley Jacobs own website or linked websites,...a scientist that fought with the FDA over DMSO in the 1960's and continues to fight even when several major drug companies of the time backed down and left Jacobs swinging in the wind. Other big drug companies testing with DMSO backed off,...none challenged the FDA. These same companies have had over 30 years to challenge the FDA with all this great new work being done, but none have, wonder why?

Jacobs has interest in companies promoting DMSO medical use so will benefit both economically and in prestige by its use.

My claim of biochemical action stands,...DMSO has wide ranging effects on cellular metabolism. It changes how proteins function. It does beneficial things to some disease symptoms because it affects the proteins (both structural and enzymatic) responsible for those disease states. It similarly will affect many other good proteins as well, but in less beneficial ways depending on concentrations and duration of use. All its uses right now are intermittent, performed mainly in the hospital, and under doctors supervision. The evidence for my claims are in the very papers you accessed for the thread. I assume you want to ignore what the wide ranging effects DMSO has on cells and cell metabolism implies,...good thing the FDA and HC isn't!

The concentrations of DMSO in the cells you apply it on will be very high after application. This will intensify its effects especially with constant multiple uses daily for years.

One thing we don't get reading the teachings of the great Stanley Jacobs DMSO trivia, is what the other side of the story is. Why aren't arthritis patients and their doctors marching on Parliament Hill and in Washington demanding treatment with Pennsaid and other DMSO preparations? Why aren't the big drug companies throwing money at DMSO research if it's so promising, so lucrative, and with no serious side effects? Why does it only seem to be used in most countries as a last resort in serious life threatening diseases? Why have several FDA administrations over near 40 years not accepted all the evidence of the great DMSO proponent Dr. Jacobs?

It will be nice when some good biochemical papers on DMSO from peer reviewed journals of some merit get accessed by the great Kayne, or better yet a biochemist, cell biologist, molecular biologist or the like, and posted here. Then perhaps we can have a more interesting DMSO debate.

How many shares you got in Jacobs companies Kayne? Better yet, how many shares you got in DMX and how much have you lost? Perhaps that is why you must crush all opposing opinions to your own.

It's April,...where are all the great sales of Pennsaid?

I'm content to let the shareprice speak for the facts known about the company (its dropping again,...perhaps that is the reason for the fanatical bashing by yourself and other holders right now).

I suggest unless you can access a paper from a peer reviewed journal of some merit (how about Nature, Science or one of the leading Medical Journals) you just ignore me,...but I'm sure you can't (ignore me that is),...just like you can't ignore anyone who thinks your spin on the facts is slanted and incorrect. Nothing is negative, everything is good or pro DMX as per the bible on DMX and DMSO by Kayne.

Enjoy your investment,...what goes around, comes back around (gggggggggggggggggggg)
