Michael, >>I am not buying here; given a 25%+ drop, ceteris paribus, I could change my tune.

I would buy some more at your price. Did not buy this stock as a growth stock and would be an unhappy camper if they quit paying or lowered their dividend. <g>

Have not done an exhaustive study of the increase in nuclear power plants world wide, but my sense is it is growing as China, Korea and Iran as well as other countries have plants under construction. It could be the same number of plants are being taken out of commission as are being build.

The revenue for the company to invest in R&D can come from there other source - EPA as well as profit from the main source of revenue. It will be interesting to see what the financials look like after the recent restructuring.

IMO, this industry needs to recycle the fuel and get rid of the storage problem. Sure would like to see the cost trade off of doing this. Suspect it would be an even trade off, but currently the cost to store comes out of the tax payers pocket and keeps the fuel cheaper for the operators. Doubt if Washington is going to change their ways anytime soon
