You keep repeating your incorrect premise, only now you've broadened it to put handguns, nukes, chemical weapons, biological weapons in the same incorrect category. In point of fact, those things are specifically developed and deployed not so much to kill human beings, but rather to act as deterrents to those who would. Please explain your statement, "Their effectiveness is measured by their lethalness." Have you drained your deadly attractive-nuisance swimming pool yet?
