So, now you're equating homosexuality with terrorism? I believe you have run out of even half-legitimate arguments. You truly cannot see the difference between a private sexual preference and murdering bastards? "ok, if homosexuals can give consent, then homosexuality is a choice. if homosexuality is a choice, then it is not like being black, or asian, etc. and does not fall under the same protections as race--which clearly is not a choice. so make up your mind." Since when does the Constitution only protect immutable human factors? Isn't religion a choice? Isn't it protected? If I worship trees, I would clearly be in the minority, but won't I also be protected? Methinks you are reaching.
