Risk: 30 Benefit: 70 Good enough? Because that's probably about as good a guess as a 6-month governmental study would give you. There are way too many unknowns in a situation like this. Will the Iraqi army quit like it did last time or will it stand and fight? Will our involvement piss off a billion other Muslims and start the Mother Of All Wars? If we defeat the Iraqis, will we get a peaceful occupation or will it look more like Palestine with a mad bomber behind every bush? Who knows? You takes you chances (or doesn't) and have to deal with the consequences either way.
