i saw one of those rock & roll shows too - last
year sometime.

i had a lot of time for those folks who didn't
go in for a whole lot of plastic surgery. you
know, the ones who still had some semblance of a
normal face.

have you seen teresa brewer recently? its scary.
her face looks as tight as a drum.

on the other hand, i watched a biography on evana
trump the other night and donald's mother was
interviewed. she was just as scary - her face looked
like corduroy - an unkind thing to say, but true.

polvie said it best though went to spoke of bob
dylan. something like when you look at dylan, you
see yourself. ain't that the truth? and you know
what, i don't mind much what i see.

Wharfo,

<I don't look in the mirror...old farts on rock and roll...love it.>

Saw Carl Perkins on PBS last night with George Harrison, Clapton and lots of others. We are getting a little long in the tooth aren't we? I'm the same age as Clapton and Perkins is 10 years older than those guys. They were so tight and smooth!....they did all kinds of songs...Blue Suede Shoes, I gotta woman.....and one instrumental number that Les Paul used to do.....they may be old, but those boys can play.
