Just wait.....she could start to hear voices in her head saying "kill yourself" any day. She obeys those voices. When will he be charged with endangering his childrens lives? He ignored warnings from professionals about his wife's unbalanced mental state & continued to father more children with her. His crime is even worse than hers if he is sane. No woman who kills her own children is sane......the act flies in the face of human nature.
