No I wasn't. I cited the Miller Case correctly. You misread what I said. The shotgun was NOT protected under the Second Amendment because it had no ability to provide for the common defense. Therefore, according to US v. Miller, it was OK to tax or infringe it.

No need to apologize.

Mr Ellen was in his citing of the outcome of the Miller case.
