Hi Miner, I just received a copy of the agenda for the annual general meeting to be held on April 17, 2002..among the proposed changes put forth by management: 1. Name change from Whitegold Natural Resources to Spirit West Energy Coporation. 2. Another 1 for 3 reverse stock split (yes, another one) 3. They have quietly optioned 50% of the wollanstanite project to a third party. 4. The company is looking to be part of some natural gas project in Saskatechewan. 5. Allan Achilles is back in charge as President (not sure he ever left) RT
