Fine Ray, and I suppose our building of it didn't help folks there in any way, nor please any of them? I suppose it was not OK if anyone mistakenly thought the zone was important to our security back then, too? Damn, too sad.

OK by me. Apparently they don't resent norte americanos very much these days. My sister plans to buy some land in Panama. I may go there myself some day to help her plant trees.

By the way, do you have some objection to the commerce that resulted from the construction of the Panama Canal? You seem very upset by it.
