BGEN doesn't have the kind of chart that gives me confidence to do anything but watch. There seems to be a lot of resistance around 52-53.

The recent gap down would turn me off from jumping in. It's still below 50 day and 200 day moving averages. The volume after the gap down has been ok... If I loved it fundamentally and wanted to buy, I guess I'd put a stop around 49.99. If somebody put a gun to my head and told me I had to trade it, I think I'd short it here with a buy stop at 55. To paraphrase Gary B. Smith, the TA guy I like a lot: there are a lot of other stocks out there that are have more easily readable charts and I'd pass on BGEN.

BTW, I discovered where to find lucuma ice cream (Amazonia brand, I think--they use powdered lucuma) in SF, but the thought of fighting traffic to get there from the East Bay has left me waiting for a time when I have to go over the bridge for some other reason. Besides, do I want to destroy my fantasy that I'll be doing high fives after I have my first taste of lucuma? [g]
