Again, you believe that because of their behavior, they should not be protected by the Constitution. Then why not remove all their rights? The right to vote? Bare arms <g>? If homosexuals cannot obtain protection under the 14 amendment, then they must be non-persons. "now a race is a group of people so it is entirely proper to not allow discrimination based on race. but homos are just deviant individuals who spread disease. they are not a group, because you don't classify a group by individuals who just happen to engage in the same vile behavior." Ah, too bad the law doesn't see it that way. As long as they are not breaking any laws, they are fully protected under our Constitution. Again, the beauty of it. Amazing, isn't it? "they would not be upheld by the constitution. they would be upheld by liberal, activist, usurpists in black robes who love to stroke their ego by hijacking our constitution. it appears the only recourse the people have left is to pass an amendment to the constitution saying it's ok to discriminate against homosexuals. it would get my vote." Fat chance. Try moving to China. They love repression of groups that don't fit their ideology.
