Watch stocks:

TXCC: Still struggling with the 50 day EMA, but it has been consolidating in a tight range for the last few days, positive OBV trend, bought back 140 mil in bonds at a discount, has about $2 in cash after the bond buy back, not sure how much debt is still outstanding though, should recovery first if the telcos start spending again as the make chips for T1/T2/E3 connections, this is where the money is for telcos as it is a business to business connection, if the market moves higher it is a laggard that should finally participate

AKLM: Came up on a P/S < 2 and PEG < 1 scan, new products due to new platforms, no sure of the product pipeline, on the verge of starting an up trend due to converging EMA's, still consolidating and needs to confirm break out, overbought short term, buy the pull back if you want to enter

From Brieifng.com: 08:50 ET Solly raises S&P 500 forecast Salomon Smith Barney raises their S&P 500 EPS forecasts by $1.25 for both 2002 and 2003, representing a 7.5% growth rate for 2002 and a 13.3% growth rate for 2003. Changes were prompted by an upward revision to firm's GDP forecast, which now assumes a more "front-loaded" improvement this year.
