John, thanks for your reply. Found the OCX and referenced it to look at it in the object browser. Seems pretty straight forward. What I'm trying to do is basically have trailing stops and stop orders with some code to try to prevent whipsawing.

Picked through their Excel code, they are just referencing the the OCX and sending values from some spreadsheet cells.

I'm wondering if you can test connectivity of the code on their demo, will try it when I get a chance.

To anyone using the TWS OCX.....

DL'ed the latest TWS update this morning and got a rude awakening... My app was broke. Would show sizes but not prices. Wasted an hour tracking down the problem. Hopefully this will save others the PITA:

Old TWS; Tws1_tickPrice

New TWS; Tws1_tickPrice2

This is not documented in the online activeX user manual...
Just adding the "2" to the old Sub works fine....
