well, I defend, not prosecute, those kinds of cases. I enjoy them because most of the lawyers involved are men. I always go out and learn how to operate the equipment. Boom lifts are a bit scary. I haven't actually operated one, but have gone up in the platform and ridden around the yard. I've operated many scissor lifts, but haven't taken any to their maximum height, I must confess.
