Tyke, the private message you sent to me and the PM I responded to gave you the answers to your questions. But you refuse to get it. What happened to the $24.2 million? Understanding that will explain a whole bunch to you I think. If, as you said, you've been doing this for 35 years it shouldn't be a tough question. I'm trying to explain it to you but you're not listening. Your analysis is incorrect as you are not using the right comparables. I apologize for saying you have your head up your butt as I was getting frustrated especially after your PM to me. And, for the record I never suggested you were stupid.
