LOL
The fleas represent 25% of the vote. I have to believe that at least 40% (10% of total) will vote FOR, just because that's what most individuals do...checking the "vote with management" box.

However, right now the indications are 28% Against in the elephant camp, and about 35% For in the same. The fleas would move this to 43% vs. 45%.

I'm thinking HP gets the remaining 10% they need from the ISS report. These firms don't pay for ISS and then ignore their recommendations. If they did, they wouldn't pay for it.

I don't mind being a "flea". Individual shareholders should revel in the fact that they can be an annoyance. It's the American Way.

El, the "fleas" defense is hilarious :^)

I think Weird Wally should be invited to host the next Saturday
Night Live and have a monologue there in defense of the fleas...

Piotr

P.S. I personally think that Wally is an elephant himself with
all his HWP shares. Unfortunately, he's not just an ordinary one
but a true ROGUE elephant :^)
