Here is a good example the people I speak of here did not know they would be billed $149 for installation. I am watching a tragedy unfold. These two are in their eighties and they aren't wealthy they took the bait as the $10 a month offered savings to them. It is wrong these people as many others like them don't have much money end up being the easy prey for the sale pitch. Inflation was far more than they expected it to be and they are trying to cut down any way they can. Now i am hearing i am going to cancel the damn phone fomr them and I am thinking what are you going to use? This is in my opinion the most unethical treatment of seniors who can't afford to get rooked.

They are fine they have just got the bargain of all times a 10.00 per month guaranteed for life phone bill and it's digital. One problem is that no one informed them that this bargain means you can call out but the Doctor and I can’t call in, is what I am thinking. I am also wondering if their phone is twenty years old will it have the digital advantage?
